We stayed here for four nights, and were made so welcome by Mandy and Dwaine (not forgetting Charley the dog!). The three ensuite guest rooms, two double and a twin, share a sitting and dining area, and fridges, freezer, coffee machine, microwave etc. Superb cooked breakfasts include homemade bread, yogurt, jams. The wrap around veranda has rockers to sit in and enjoy an evening drink. There is an information folder with details of local restaurants, attractions etc. We were sad to leave, I had lived in Ladysmith as a child and this was a wonderful trip down Memory Lane.

What Happy Visitors Have to Say!
Pretty much everything one can ask for in a Bed and Breakfast
Dwayne and Mandy are the ultimate hosts. Without being intrusive, they are sure to inquire and meet all of your needs. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The fixtures have been updated. The bedroom is not “over the top” decadent but it has a sitting area, chest, comfortable bed, reasonable bathroom, and access to a full refrigerator, ice, DVD collection, etc. Wi FI was fine. There is a pleasant sitting area downstairs with options of a bar and wine. The breakfast included hot home made bread, hot baked egg options and a delightful granola and yogurt option. The location is a great jumping off point to explore the Cowichan Valley or really any of southern Vancouver Island. I can not recommend this lovely spot more highly.

We had an excellent Christmas Holiday at the Hawley Place B&B. Mandy and Dwaine where super hosts meeting our every need and making us feel very welcome. The morning breakfasts where a treat to look forward too. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a special getaway location.

Thank you for taking such exceptional care of my 75-year old Mum! She had the best, most comfortable sleep she’s ever had away in your beautiful B&B! Thank you for so kindly carrying her heavy luggage too. She said you are the loveliest people and she can’t wait to stay again! Your place is absolutely spotless and every possible detail is provided. She loved the local artist soap and the decor of her spacious queen room. She was impressed you have decaf coffee and provide such easy access to a fridge right outside her room. She loved, loved, loved her stay. Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience for her!!!

I stayed one night at the B&B and instantaneously felt at home. A really warm welcome (which is such a treat while travelling), a wonderful room with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom and a lovely, cozy common sitting area. The breakfast was above expectations with a menu of freshly cooked treats (I had eggs with muffins and a hollandaise sauce – it was absolutely delicious). I hope I can go back one day and can recommend it highly. Thank you Mandy and Dwaine for creating such a special place.

Best B and B
This BB is probably the best one we’ve stayed in over the years. Our room was spacious and with a huge functional closet for clothes and suitcases, and stuff. Bed was very comfortable as were the two chairs. The en-suite also suited our needs perfectly. Look at the photos on their website – what you see is what you get. And that’s a lot. Just outside the door was a fridge/ freezer and all sorts of dishes which were very handy for eating in sometimes. The breakfast room and eating area were a great place just to sit and read in the wee hours of the morning. The rooms were very neat and orderly and the many nick nacks were very interesting and probably had an interesting story to tell. Front porch and grounds very comfortable and useable. Quiet neighbourhood and close to many interesting places. Food was exciting and very tasty and a great variety which was prepared by his Lordship, Dwaine. Mandy was great as the hostess and head server, ha. Mandy and Dwaine are very gracious hosts and were very helpful at suggesting things to do and answering questions. Lots of travel information in the office/receptionn area, also. Hawley Place is a mid range price within a luxury place. A fantastic, stress free and very homey BandB to end off our adventure to Ladysmith and area. We will return.

Fabulous B&B and hosts – Highly Recommended!
My wife and I were visiting Vancouver Island and booked the King room on the second floor here for one night. The B&B is right off Highway 1 and easy to find – which means you might also hear some traffic noise but we didn’t really notice it at all. The exterior of the home itself is beautiful with nice gardens out front, a porch, large trees, etc.
The room itself was excellent – very clean, lots of space, very comfy bed, two easy chairs with a small table/chair, large bathroom, armoire, flat screen TV, free wifi, etc. They had a small floor AC unit to cool off the room as well as a tower floor fan – we were very comfortable in warm wx. There is a refrigerator for guest use in a room upstairs.
Breakfast is served at a large table downstairs with a very nice table setting. You have your choice of multiple main course items off a menu – eggs benedict, omelettes, sausage, etc. along with cereal, yogurt, etc. Mandy took orders from all the guests then a few minutes later you had a hot breakfast. They also provided freshly baked bread for toast, which was excellent, and great jams. There was plenty to eat and the food was all delicious.
There are quite a few places to eat within a 5-10 minute drive of the house and they were easy to get to.
We’ve stayed at many B&Bs all over the US and Europe and would rate this place right up there with the nicest we have used. Mandy was extremely friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend this B&B!

What a beautiful house this was!
My husband, son and I had plenty of space in our sweet eyrie on the top floor. The owners not only have exquisite taste, they made us feel so comfortable and right at home, down to the 1000 piece puzzle the guests were invited to help piece together. In the morning we were treated to an extraordinary home cooked breakfast…I can’t say enough about Mandy’s beautiful presentation and the delicious food. She is a fabulous cook! I didn’t know there were so many variations of eggs Benedict! Moreover, nearly all of the food was made from locally sourced meat and produce, down to the 5 different jams and jellies to spread on the homemade bread (we tried them all!). Unfortunately, I am limited to only 5 stars which is an understatement. This is the nicest B&B experience I have ever had!
Lara August 18, 2019
The breakfast was very good (menu!!!), the landlords totally nice, and the location of the house very good. The house itself was beautiful with a cozy common room, a beautiful dining area. Also the rooms including the bathroom left nothing to be desired.

Best B&B Place
The best b&b place I have ever been to. Everything was perfect in this hotel: starting from the moment we checked in when Mandy (the owner) greeted us and made a mark on the map showing the location of our home city 🙂 and ended up with an amazing home style breakfast. Would definitely recommend the place and will stay here again when next time on the Island!
Andrey Izvekov August 4, 2019
This is an absolutely beautiful B&B in a gorgeous area!! We would definitely recommend it to anyone that is going to be in the Nanaimo area and we would certainly stay there again. Dwayne and Mandy were incredible hosts and served a breakfast that was nicer than many restaurants. We stayed here because it was close to the airport (only 10 minutes) the night before our flight home. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer.
Ken and Marcie July 30, 2019
Lovely house in a very interesting area
We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our time at Hawley Place B&B. Mandy and Dwaine were excellent hosts and added to the stay. We had the king room which was superb with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the best pillows of our trip. There was a nice area in the ‘turret’ with five windows and two easy chairs (why do most B&B’s only put one easy chair in a room?) Tea and coffee making facilities were available downstairs and there was a microwave and crockery/cutlery next to our room.
Breakfast was good with home made yoghurt, preserves, bread etc, and then a choice of cooked breakfast to order. In all we had a lovely stay but must mention that we weren’t expecting the property to be so close to a traffic light junction on the trans-Canada highway. After the peace of north Vancouver Island, there was background traffic noise when outside or through an open window. Having said that, it didn’t stop us sleeping at night! If you’re used to traffic then ignore the last!

Wonderful hosts of a relaxing B&B
We had the twin room which was very comfortable with a large en suite and faced the back of the house – which was probably a quieter room away from the main road. The house is very comfortable and inviting and the hosts very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was a 10/10 – local produce, and nice variety of hot options. Nothing could have made our stay better.
Judy July 8, 2019
We have never stayed in such a PERFECT B&B before! Mandy & Dwayne couldn’t have been nicer – they spoiled us. Our suite was elegant, spotless & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious – we especially enjoyed her home made granola & yogurt. My omelette was delicious 😋 Loved chatting with them as we toured thru their beautiful garden. I would highly recommended them and would definitely stay again.

A relaxing and wonderful place in Ladysmith
I have traveled to different places a lot, stayed at various hotels, B&Bs, and inns, but I’m absolutely certain that this is the best. Mandy and Dwaine are very considerate and friendly to me and my wife. The suite was very (extremely) clean and the bed was nice and cozy. The breakfast was so delicious and even better than most 4 or 5-star hotel fine dining. We totally enjoyed our stay at Hawley Place. Thank you, Mandy and Dwaine (and Charlie and Ben, two lovely dogs.) I will recommend this place to my friends in South Korea.

A charming B&B in a perfect location
Hawley Place is a charming Victorian replica home recently renovated with a tasteful mix of period and contemporary decor, in a quiet little neighbourhood just minutes from lovely Ladysmith and historic Chemainus (the former was named by Harrowsmith Country magazine as one of Canada’s 10 prettiest towns while the latter boasts over 50 beautiful murals depicting its rich history as a lumber town). We were welcomed by the owners’ two adorable dogs Charlie and Ben who quickly made us feel at home. Our room with a huge sleigh bed was spacious and spotless. But what makes this B&B stand out was the delicious and copious breakfast selection which included orange juice served in champagne glasses, an array of homemade bread and jams, yogurt and granola (which would have been sufficient) plus a choice of French toasts, omelets or three types of perfectly cooked eggs Benedict. A bonus amenity included local beer and wine (for a very reasonable price) to enjoy after a day of sightseeing. Owners Mandy and Dwaine were exceptionally friendly offering useful tips to local sites and restaurants and ensuring our total comfort. I actually had second thoughts about stopping in Ladysmith on our way to Tofino but I am so glad that we did! It is truly one of Vancouver Island’s gems and Hawley Place made it all that more enjoyable. It’s a pity we could only stay one night.

Romantic, charming, at wonderful location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hawley Place. This heritage home has so much character, it is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The owners are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable about the local area. We stayed in the King Guest room. We were so pleased with this accommodation! It is a beautiful room; so comfortable, roomy and romantic. The adjoining bathroom is a beautiful addition to this king room. The breakfast was beyond anything we could have ever expected. It is five star dining! The choices are all freshly made and presented with a flair of elegance! The location of this B & B is perfect. It is close to the beach and walking trails. This area is so beautiful, worth a walk/hike by any standards.
Denise April 5, 2019
Owners are wonderful and the property is beautiful and peaceful. Make sure to say hello to Charlie and Ben (the furry friends). Breakfast is amazing!!!!! Top notch place to stay.

Mum and I loved the old English decor
Mum and I loved the old English decor and homey-yet-very-classy feel of the place. This place was perfect for Mum – a friendly little getaway without being overwhelming (as hotels can sometimes be). Our breakfasts were fabulous and the hospitality outstanding. I hope we are able to return for another stay.

Comfortable and Charming!
Wonderfully cozy, this B&B is located near the highway so it’s easy to access everything. The hosts are marvellous, the homemade food delicious (great selection!), and the beds verrrrrry comfortable. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. The hosts are very flexible and accommodating with check-in and out times, they provide ever so tasty GF food options (please do not eat their homemade jams and jellies – because I want them all for myself! Oh so yummy!), and one can even bring in food for lunch or dinner and use the dishes, cutlery, fridge, and microwave upstairs by the rooms. Our hosts even have a great selection of books and movies for guests to choose from if you feel like staying in. Please note, this is not a concrete hotel, so it will not be furnished in souless, generic style, and you will be able to somewhat hear the other guests resting in cosy comfort with you in this lovely home. There are, currently, two small dogs in residence, and they are utterly adorable. We will most certainly stay here again. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because we didn’t “test” it via a visit during a different season to get an all-round experience. But for September? Five star wonderfulness!

Charmantes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Bed and Breakfast
Jederzeit wieder.
Mandy and Dwaine are doing a wonderful job here. From the outside you can see immediately that the inhabitants of this house feel comfortable and maintain their home with taste and dedication. And you will not be disappointed inside. The rooms are very pleasant, nothing is missing, the breakfast is princely, the lounge area is not large, but more beautiful than in most 5 star hotels. Any time.

Welcoming and comfy
My daughter and I stayed for a night and couldn’t have felt more like part of the family. The room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. They accommodated our need for an early departure to catch a ferry and sent us on our way with a delicious hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in Ladysmith!!!

We do not normally stay at B and Bs, but we are so happy that we broke our general rule and stayed at Hawley Place. This was a really wonderful experience from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful, the breakfast was wonderful, and our hosts, Mandy and Dwaine, were very gracious and friendly. We met two other couples during breakfast and enjoyed their conversation as well. We highly recommend staying at Hawley Place Bed and Breakfast so you could have a wonderful experience too..

Like many others, we came across this great place by accident. Great hosts, outstandingly beautiful, well maintained and clean room! It is worth staying there for more than one night .. In the morning we got a great breakfast in a great atmosphere ❤️ Thanks to Mandy and Dwaine 🙂 Greetings from Berlin

Terrific hosts, stunning gardens
Mandy and Dwaine work night and day to keep the gardens immaculate, and the table laden with homemade bread, yogurt, jams and other yummy treats. I don’t know how they do it all. They also helped us with maps for a local hike and suggestions about restaurants. They were perfect hosts. I highly recommend.
Kristina August 13, 2018
Nicest B&B we have ever stayed in
This is the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. Everything about Hawley Place is top shelf. Owners are superb, the breakfast fantastic and accommodation very comfortable. East access to many touring opportunities and hiking locations. Thank you!

Short but memorable we loved Mandy’s hospitality, cleaning and decorating the house and arranging the garden. She prepares some sensational breakfasts!!! The breakfast table is lovely with a taste for the little repeatable detail. The yogurt is homemade, as well as the fantastic and traditional Canadian Lemon Curd. And to top it off, Mandy took us back to the gas station where for the Tofino Bus that was our means of transportation. Thank you very much for making our stay in your B + b unforgettable despite your brevity.

The “Perfect” Place to stay on Vancouver Island.
We just returned to Ontario from British Columbia after a fantastic holiday, due in a large part, to our lovely 5 day stay in July at Hawley Place B & B with owners Mandy and Dwaine Williams. I wanted to host a 75th birthday party for my wife. Not being familiar with the area I didn’t know where to start looking for a venue and Mandy suggested their back yard. 25 people attended and It was absolutely perfect – what a setting. Mandy and Dwaine went above and beyond to make it an occasion not soon to be forgotten.
Our room was wonderful, the breakfasts, with several different choices were amazing. We also enjoyed meeting the others who were staying there at the time as well. Couples from England and Germany.
The other great thing about this B&B is its location on Vancouver Island. Everything is very convenient for side trips to Victoria, Nanaimo, Lake Cowichan, Port Alberni to name but a few. And Chemainus, the little town, famous for it’s 39 outdoor murals, is right next door. What more could you ask for.
I could go on, but I think I have made my point. It is a destination we will definitely return to at our first opportunity.
Thanks again Mandy & Dwaine, what a lovely place you have and thanks again for all your help.
Mike July 20, 2018
We stayed one night after a friends wedding. The hosts allowed us an early check in so we could change. The king bed was so comfy and the outside noise was minimal. Breakfast was excellent – home made yogurt, local berries, homemade jams, bread, hollandaise sauce etc. This was our first b&b. We will definitely do it again.
Val July 8, 2018
Great place to stay for a holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at Mandy and Dwaine’s lovely B n B. Very comfy bed, delightfully presented spacious room with good wifi (a must when traveling a long way from family). Breakfasts were scrumptious and plentiful and sitting on the verandah amongst the lovely garden in the evening was a pleasure. Dwaine had plenty of suggestions for dinner as well as knowledge of the area. A trip to Torfino was certainly doable in one day as was a day in Victoria, if that’s all the time you have. We thoroughly enjoyed our days on Vancouver Island and found Ladysmith a very convenient base for our sight seeing. Only downside was we didn’t stay long enough. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Place to Stay
My husband and I recently stayed at the Hawley B&B for 2 nights for our anniversary. It is a fantastic spot for a getaway. We were greeted with an extremely warm welcome by Mandy and Dwaine, who spoiled us the whole time. The place is beautiful inside and out, and the gardens are immaculate (thanks to Mandy’s green thumb)! The breakfast was delicious, and we would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This is a hidden gem!! Easy access to all mid island destinations. Lovely couple and a beautiful spot! Feels like our home away from home only better!! Did we mention the fantastic breakfast!!
You simply can’t find a better place to stay. We have traveled to many places and I would say this is the nicest place to enjoy your long vacation or quick visit. Mandy and Dwaine make you feel right at home.

A Delightful and Memorable ExperienceThe picturesque house is in a nice and quiet residential area. The large, clean and comfortable room had an electric fireplace and a most comfortable bed. The hot, menu selected breakfast was outstanding and had delicious local jams and fruits. Mandy was a most welcoming and gracious hostess. We will certainly be back!
Michael November 11, 2017
A must do experience in Ladysmith.
We couldn’t have asked for a more charming & friendly getaway. The breakfast choices were a plus & the meal was a real treat. Charlie, the doggy ambassador put the whole experience over the top Will return

Quaint and Charming B&B with terrific hosts
First time visitor . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hawley Place B&B. Charming historic home, with warm and welcoming hosts. Very helpful with directions, nearby attractions and suggestions on where to dine. No issues with wifi. Rooms are bright and clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast is included and you will be amazed by the selection. Well presented breakfast items and every mouthful was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee while rocking away on the front porch. What a great way to start your day.
Your home away from home, only downside, our stay wasn’t long enough!!!
Highly recommend on your next visit to the Ladysmith area.
Sandra Walter September 25, 2017
Hawley Place is the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at. Dwaine and Mandy are amazing hosts and we are sad to leave after a fantastic 2 night stay. Our room, the house and gardens, the fantastic breakfasts, their attention to detail, everything was outstanding, they couldn’t have done more. We would love to return one day. Thank you.

Home from home with style
We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The weather was incredibly hot, but the room had a fan and an aircon unit. The Anglo/Canadian hosts were very friendly and helpful with local restaurants etc., and the cooked breakfasts with home made jams, yogurt, bread, delicious. The three guest rooms, all en suite, shared a large landing with fridge & microwave and downstairs a lounge and dining area. The wraparound veranda was a pleasant place to sit in the evenings after supper, the locals eat early. Thank you Dwayne, Mandy & Charlie! Ladysmith is convenient for the BC Ferry service from Nanaimo to Vancouver.
Peter September 11, 2017
Outstanding Bed and Breakfast Experience
Amazing hospitality upon the moment we arrived. The breakfast was outstanding and the room meticulously clean and prepared for a four star experience. We recommend this bed and breakfast to our family and neighbors.
Ardith August 13, 2017
Beautiful and Welcoming
Pros: The ambiance of the house, room and grounds. The breakfast was amazing, very delicious and filling. The host was extremely kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing at all, it’s perfect!
Location: Ladysmith is a lovely small town on the east coast of Vancouver Island. We enjoyed a nice walk from the park to the boat harbor.
This is a beautiful and welcoming B&B in Ladysmith B.C. Host Mandy was so kind and helpful, giving us suggestions for dinner and what to see and do in the area. She was very helpful to us when we were having difficulties with our reservation for the next night and allowed us to use the telephone to attempt to sort out the problem. Breakfast was absolutely lovely! Please consider the Seafood Eggs Benedict…it’s delicious. Mandy tries to source local products for her breakfast and many items were homemade including bread, yoghurt, and jam. It was truly a culinary experience! This is the best B&B we’ve stayed at in many years. We would highly recommend this location!
Brian & Carma July 25, 2017
Fantastic Stay!! Thank you Mandy and Dwaine!
Pros: Everything mentioned above…..it is a great experience and we hope to go back one day!
Cons: Nothing…they have covered it all! Don’t even hesitate to book your stay at Hawley Place, you will not regret it….guaranteed!
Location: Close to all amenities, shopping, parks, TransCanada, downtown! Perfect quiet location, dead-end street, can walk or relax on the beautiful grounds!
So where to begin?! This was our very first B&B experience and we are sure no other B&B will ever compare! We loved everything about it from the Hosts, to the beautifully appointed King Suite and all amenities, to the gorgeous lush grounds and close proximity to everything Ladysmith has to offer! The comfortable suite was such a ‘sweet’ surprise in the lovely turret with a wonderful huge ensuite! The bed was amazingly comfortable and finished with fantastic bamboo linens that were the absolute best! If that wasn’t enough the breakfasts were scrumptious….not your continental style but the full meal deal of fresh fruits, and all things local and homemade including breads, jams, yogurt, granola and various eggs Benedict including one with smoked salmon…..so so delicious!! We cannot rave enough about Hawley Place and it’s wonderful warm owners, beautiful location and fantastic hospitality! Do it!
Joanne July 8, 2017
The best B and B ever!!
Pros: Everything. They had a fridge and microwave to use in a little common area near the bedrooms. Very convenient!!!
Cons: Can’t think of one thing to change.
Location: The ocean and a lovely park is a minute away. Groceries, banking, fast food up the street. Quaint downtown of Ladysmith is close. Beautiful scenery.
This is a beautiful house styled after grand Victorian homes. My room was large and clean with a nice ensuite. The bed was so comfortable and I had the best sleep of my trip in this quiet and comfy room. Breakfasts were amazing with homemade yogurt, musli and berries to start along with a carafe of great coffee and a pitcher of juice. I could toast my own fresh bread if I desired or ask for 1 of 4 or 5 breakfast choices. The cooked breakfasts I had were amazing! Delicious with generous servings. The hosts were very friendly and kind… Lovely people! I hope to be lucky enough to stay there again sometime. Coffee or tea is always available to make using pods. Coffee cake or like available.

Beautiful, cozy home away from home
It was wonderful to get to stay at Hawley Place B&B, we got very lucky to find them. The owners were amiable and charming; we enjoyed some wonderful conversations with them. The facilities are extremely well finished: beds are comfortable, washrooms are clean… We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Nicest B&B we’ve stayed in
“I particularly liked the warm, welcoming, elegant vibe. I could properly relax here. If you like pub food, there are three pubs nearby. There’s a fantastic bakery in Ladysmith. We like Mary Fox, the potter in Ladysmith as well.
“Hawley Place was the whole package: super clean, elegant, wonderful hosts (warm, but unobtrusive). The breakfast was to die for – homemade bread, homemade granola, homemade yogurt, homemade jams, top-notch Eggs Benny. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and B&Bs. This is the nicest we’ve stayed in. It’s less than 90 minutes from home, but we would love to stay here again.”
Alice April 9, 2017
Really lovely. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a great find. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was downright amazing (do order the bacon bennies!). Hosts were terrific. Will definitely stay again!

It was like being in heaven without dying
“I loved all of it. The extra comfy bed, the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the B&B, the location, the food, the owners. I disliked absolutely nothing, it was all superb.”

A new standard of excellence
“My wife and I when traveling stay frequently at B & B establishments. Our recent one week stay at Hawley Place in our book has established a new standard of excellence in terms of overall service, quality of food, and host’s attentiveness to detail. We are looking forward to our next stay at Hawley Place in the not too distant future.
“We highly recommend that you too should give Mandy, and Dwaine the opportunity to let you experience what it’s like to stay as their guests at this one of the kind establishment.”
Ruth and Thomas H October 9, 2016
In one word… it was “perfect”!
“We truly appreciated your friendly hospitality when we stayed at your beautiful home. We feel we have new friends in Ladysmith and Qualicum Beach, BC. When we think of our trip, we will definitely have happy memories of our stay with you. Hopefully we will return one day.”
Barb and Pat Oldfield October 1, 2016
Great place to recharge
“After a terrible day of traveling, I’d written off every possible redemption of the day. Luckily, Mandy greeted my very late arrival with some chocolate biscuits and the comfy bed in the nicely appointed room allowed me to continue the next day. She even gave me a ride the next morning for me to continue my journey. Just don’t start a corny joke competition, as various guests and Dwaine have the habit of joining in.”
Frank B September 9, 2016
A fantastic place to stay and such a positive experience
“Mandy and Dwaine the new owners greeted us with a very warm and welcome that made us feel right at home. Mandy has a great eye for interior design and every room was beautifully appointed, You wake up every morning to a delicious selection for breakfast that is especially cooked for you at the time you have requested. The gardens are beautiful with plenty of areas to sit and relax in the very quiet location of the B&B.
“They have such warm and engaging personalities as well as a great sense of humour. They also have two wonderful small dogs for you to enjoy. It is a fantastic place to stay and such a positive experience. We stayed in the King room for two nights, it has a water view as well as beautiful decor. We highly recommend Hawley Place B&B. There many attractions and eating places near by and Ladysmith is a lovely town over looking the Harbour.”
